Kenneth Gaudreault, Chief Operation Officer and Consultant
As a practitioner of thirty six years in public education in Fairfax County, Virginia, Kenneth Gaudreault played an instrumental role in progressively guiding and leading at the building level. His skills, vision, and leadership provided all students, teachers, and administrators the ability and opportunity to achieve at their highest level. As a school principal, Ken Gaudreault implemented the professional learning community framework that encouraged continuous teacher collaboration and a clear focus on student learning. His skills as an instructional leader assisted staff as they gained knowledge of PLC at Work™ concepts in collaborate learning teams, curriculum alignment, pacing, frequent and formative assessments, results-oriented practices, and consistent intervention systems that led to positive results for students..
Kenneth Gaudreault’s experience as a classroom teacher, counselor, director of student services, administrator, and principal at the secondary school level, has provided him extensive knowledge to meet the needs of all children and educators. Currently, as an educational consultant, he has had the opportunity to work with struggling schools in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has the experience and the insight to evaluate school needs and the ability to present the solutions in a user friendly model. |
